Copenhagen 10/3 2020. 33 cl bottle from Aldi, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Yellow label with white sihouettes of rabbits, flowers and butterflies.
Pours clear, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium-intense, sweetish but dominated by a fairly strong sourness. Sweet malts, citrus, sour grains. Lightly metallic.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is a bit thin. Medium sweet and medium sour bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Decent discount beer. Not too sweet and no headache inducing metallic tang. But the lack of unpleasant properties does not make it a fantastic beer.
