Copenhagen 26/4 2020. 33 cl can from Aldi, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Green can in Vestfyn's Humleby-brands usual design with golden corn ears and the tagline "Traditional". Pretty short - if I have to say something nice.
Pours clear golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, caramel-ish, malty odor and a more unpleasant metallic streak. Caramel, toffee, bread and grains. Tin foil.
Fairly strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is more bitter with a lighter sweet undercurrent. Lingers shortly.
Quite Traditional Danish Amber Lager. Too sweet and fairly uninteresting like most other. And with a extra metallic bonus.
