Copenhagen 24/5 2015. 50 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Black can like other features in the Premium series with a pattern in grey lines.
Pours slightly unclear yellow with a white head. Stable. Subsides to a thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer after a couple of minutes. Almost no lacing.
Aroma is fruity and malty - not particularly distinct. Sweet pale malts and bread. Whiff of lemon.
Weak carbonation. Thin and flat texture.
Flavor is not very pronounced. Malty sweetness partly balanced by a light bitterness. Generic and boring take on a Kellerbier.
