Copenhagen 10/7 2015. 50 cl bottle from Irma, Smedetoften, Kbh. NV. My first beer with hay as an ingredient I must admit.
Pours hazy light yellow with a white head which disappears after a few seconds. Looks alarmingly like urine.
Aroma is quite tart. Citrus fruit and a distinct sourness.
Fizzy carbonation. Taste is sour and quite bitter like unripe fruit. Apples and citrus fruit. Sour aftertaste.
Reminds me more of a Cava than of a beer. Is almost just as expensive.

straw colored with some haze to it and plenty of huge bubbles, head is white and dying fast like in a cider
Aroma is all funky: lactic, mango, rhubarb, limburger cheese
Really tart, fruity (rhubarb) sour
Feels like a cider too with the carbonation and the lack of hop feel but rather some astringency
Very interesting beer that reminds of a funky Cider or Berliner Weisse
