Pours a straw color with a modest head that eventually disapated. Some lacing, but not much.
The aroma has malt sweetness and floral notes.
In the mouth it kind of feels like a Lager because of its light body. The flavor is sweet overall with a minuscule, and barely detectable, amount of spices and hops. Not as dry as a typical saison.
I thought the flavor was tasty by itself, and, it had some refreshing qualities. However, it lacked the earthiness, spiciness, dryness and complexity of a true saison.
