The beer pours a copper bronze colour with a very thin head that dissolves very quickly. The nose is extremely bitter: hops and citrus fruit and melon dominate. These follow through to the taste with a crisp and slightly dry lingering aftertaste. A very fresh and clean tasting beer that I would be happy to drink any time. Very easy to drink and would make a great session ale.
