Golden color with a thin head with short retention.
Unique aroma with notes of coriander, oranges, roses and spices. Not yeasty.
Sweet flavor with notes of spices, roses, intense anis, hint of herbal hops, a good deal of overripe orange peel, mild yeast, pineapple
Almost neutral aftertaste with some pepper in the throat.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Unique Saison with tons of spices and not so yeasty as average for the style. It reminded me of a Mead or even a Wit and it felt a bit cloying.
