Pour is hazed and murky pale yellow with a tight white head. Nose is well balanced peach and brett, soft peach skin with leathery brett and hints of dustiness. Taste is well integrated, strong and bright peach notes, some fuzzy skin, with a pronounced leather presence that lingers with a hint of bitterness. Very soft and delicate body, moderate carbonation and semi dry.

Draft at the brewpub in Williamsport, PA.
Pours a cloudy, bright golden banana yellow color with a two finger, frothy white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring. Streaks of soapy lace left behind.
Complex aroma with juicy del monte canned peaches along with oak tannins, lactic funk and musty bugs. Some citrus in there as well along with faint lambic barnyard/horsey notes.
On the fuller end of medium body with tart, puckering acidity, lactic funk, damp oak, earthy cobweb and cheese countered by pale malt and sweet tropical peaches. Tart funky with some tropical sweetness but it isn't as pronounced as it was in the nose. Weird combination but this beer has decent flavor and is pretty easy to drink.

Draft offering at Bullfrog. This is the farmhouse wheat finished with lambic yeast and finihed off with 2 different peach additions. The brew appears a clouded light yellow color with a white film for a head and strings of patchy lace that droop down the sides of the glass.
The smell contains hints of citrus and wheat. It is quite zesty and rindy in the nose and smells very good but there is seemingly zero indication of peach which is strange because bullfrug fruited beers usually drive home the fruit addition more than what is necessary.
The taste is dry with a fresh wheat grain flavor and mild tart tang that is really more focused towards the finish. Like the nose, the flavor really doesnt provide any peach quality and the lambic yeast inclusion seems to go by completely unnoticed other than the mild tartness.
This is a light bodied brew with a modest amount of carbonation. It is easy drinking but as described it is quite lackluster. Not the peach really doesnt come out and the lambic yeast added no real sparkle to this otherwise decent farmhouse ale.
