Draft offering at the source. The brew appears a hazy light yellow color with a white head that dissipates quickly.
The aroma includes a fruity quality like peaches blended with wheat grain and a contrasting herbal to almost grassy hop aspect.
The flavor has a mild fruit note with a grassy herbal touch. Some bitter dry wheat notes fade into the aftertaste. Little to no yeast impact.
This is a light bodied brew with a modest amount of carbonation. Fairly easy drinking but also quite forgettable. Im not really sure what the farmhouse aspect of this is, it seemed like a wheat based, lightly fruited offering.
