Pours a very pale opaque blonde, head is bright white, presents thick then dissipates to spots.
Smell is subtle light funk, yeast spice and phenols, touch of biscuit.
Taste is sharp, drying, with the malt flavors coming through, biscuit, wheat, yeast leaves lingering phenols.
Mouthfeel is as the taste leads to believe very drying, flavors are quick to present upfront, touch the tongue and cheeks then dissipate.
Overall, a solid brew that presents nicely but dries out a bit too much on the tongue to leave you wanting more.
