Poured from a growler into a standard pint glass: color is pale straw, dense and opaque unfiltered presentation; head is not very present but some light ring.
aroma is very pleasant, nice subtle sourness, light sweetness and bready.
Taste starts sour then leans more towards the breadiness; sourness is not vinegary but is drying; bready flavor is pleasant and leaves a great lasting presence.
Mouthfeel is present throughout then drying on the tongue through the finish.
Overall, a very nice, more raw Grisette style beer than some others i have had

Had this on 2014-07-26 at the brew pub. They categorize this as a Grisette style.
A - Cloudy yellow with a short white head
S - Wild yeast, grass, spice
T - Similar to the smell with sourdough wheat bread and an added touch of grapefruit. Lightly tart.
M - Light body and light-medium carbonation. Refreshing.
O - Nicely flavored session beer.
