A - pours a light hazy copper color with a 1/4 inch of white foam
S - apricot and wheat smells come from the glass, as expected
T - It had a slight apricot flavor and mostly a wheaty grain taste
M/D - not all that enjoyable to me, it almost had a cardboard flavor to it. With so many good beers on tap, i'm definitely skipping this one the next time in.

On tap at the Bullfrog Brew Pub.
Poured a medium and hazy golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of apricots and wheat. Tastes of apricots (stronger than the aroma) and wheat. Definitely fruity and apricots there, so if apricots are your bag baby, this one is for you.

Reviewed on 10/27/08. On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light yellow with a small white head. Aroma of apricot (jam-like), very jammy. Flavor of more apricot with a weak, watery palate. This was ok, but I'd like a better backbone.

On tap at Bullfrog on 3/22/08. This is part of their Kegs Gone Wild limited batch brews that combine two existing Bullfrog beers into one unique brew. This is a blend of the Unique and Apricot Wheat.
A - Cloudy/hazy orange, apricot-colored body with one-finger creamy white head that recessed into a thin veil but left exquisite lacing around the glass.
S - Lots of fresh, ripe apricots with some sweet candi sugar and Belgian yeast, resulting in a fruity, spicy nose. Very nice!
T - Wow! Obvious apricot flavor, but also plenty of sweetness and tartness with a pleasant spiciness that's par for a Bengian-style brew. Malt is wheaty and there's plenty of yeasty goodness as well.
M - Very smooth and creamy with mild carbonation. Medium to full body with a spicy palate and just the slightest bitterness on the tongue.
D - Excellent example of a mixed style. This is extremely tasty and easy to drink. Flavorful and fresh. Very nicely done!
