Had this one on tap at Capone's Black Friday event. Its a wild version of a saison base beer so I'm listing it as a saison.
Appearance: Leans a bit more towards yellow than orange, with tiny floaties, and a 1 finger whitish crown that shows medium retention and moderate lace.
Smell: Young brett mustiness over a nice clean citrusy saison. Orange, bubble gum, lemons, grass, and pale malts are detectable.
Taste: Same as nose. The critters definitely add complexity to what seems like would be a mighty tasty American attempt at a Saison (I've never had the original Busted Lawnmower).
Mouthfeel: Thick side of light bodied with decent carbonation.
Drinkability: This one goes down easy and the flavor profile has just enough complexity to make me want more.
