Uncle Red's is the title for the fruit beers at Two Rows, the type of fruit changes from time to time, in my visits I've seen cherry and raspberry. I figured each variety should get their own listing. Appearance is a dark peach color, highly carbonated. Aroma is of light cherries and mild hops. I was expecting a more assertive beer based on Uncle Red's appearance and aroma, but ended up with a rather weak tasting brew. Flavor is faintly of cherries, but seems watered down. Hops and malts are not strongly noticible. I remember Uncle Red's Raspberry having more character. This beer mainly works as a light thirst quencher and not as a flavorful fruit beer.
