Strong semi-dark beer of natural fermentation with cherry flavour, which gains its strength exclusively in a natural way through prolonged natural fermentation.

A malty amber, a fruited “hoppy sweet beer” as the brewer describes it.
Pours a dark amber color with a beige head.
Hops bitterness is there, but masked by the sweetness, cherry cordial/cherry liqueur flavors dominate , a little cloying, but enjoyable.
The 7% ABV and carbonation sit well on the tongue with the sweetness.
A nice dessert beer.
This beer would be outstanding with either a slice of cheese cake, or a semisweet dark chocolate cake.
