Served in straight pint glass. Poured a cloudy, hazy yellow with just a thin cap of white head that had no retention or lace.
While the aroma had hints of wheat and yeast, it was mostly bland and neutral. The soft wheat and gentle yeast showed up a bit more on the tongue, but the beer was still pretty subdued overall.
The body was medium and smooth, with a clean & dry finish. Drinkability was good, but with the beer being as bland as it is, why bother? Overall, an OK take on the style, try it if you see it, but don't have your high hopes too high, and you won't be disappointed.
