Pours a slightly cloudy apricot yellow in color with a thick white cap that lingers and leaves fantastic lacing. Aroma is faint, malt forward. Flavor is a touch of mint as the other reviewer mentioned. Fairly malt forward for a fresh hop pale ale. Hop bite in the finish is mild. Feel is medium bodied with adequate carbonation. Overall, I was hoping for more from this local brewery.

Fresh hop pale ale using only Mighty Axe Farm's hops. Slightly hazy pale amber color with a dense head that leaves plenty of lacing. Aroma that reminds me of spearmint and wet grass. Flavor is a lot more complex. I taste mint, grass, and a bit of evergreen. Nice malt base that gives a nice bready base to deliver the hops. Tastes very much like a fresh hop beer. Medium body for an APA. Nice carbonation. Pleasantly surprised by this beer. I think this is the first wet hop beer using exclusively Minnesota grown hops that I found was really good.
