Purchased at Kaufmann getranktmarkt in Sulbach-Rosenberg, Germany
Green .33L bottle. Served in a Pilsner glass.
A - Clear with a pale straw color; wispy head with little retention. No lacing to speak of.
S - Sweet toasted malts and a little grainy.
T – Lightly caramel with a touch of citrus peel, definite hops and mellows to light grassy bitterness tones on the tongue.
M – Light and crisp, light bodied with relatively low carbonation for a pilsner.
D – Pretty good drinkability. I’d recommend to others.
