500ml bottle poured into a 0.5l stein.

Look: Pours a light golden straw colour with a medium white loose foamy head which quickly dissipates.

Smell: Very hoppy for the style, bread, biscuit and light citrus on the nose.

Taste: Malt, bread, a nice sweetness that gives way to a slight touch of bitterness.

Feel: Medium bodied with good cabrination.

Overall: A decent helles. Clean and very easy to drink as it should be. Would happily have another

It has a stong aroma of Noble hops with a slight citrus undertone. The flavor is delicous - smooth as silk, almost creamy in mouthfeel. This beer just feels wonderful in your mouth. Noble hop bitterness is up front, in the middle and then a hard bitterness in the back. This is all covered with a sweet, smooth Pils malt flavor. It was very good and sad I only had one bottle.

This beer is well crafted man! First of all, I like the bottle Design, german letters (Kalligraphie) and this monk there prosting his Stein! Aroma: this one is smelling grainy and malty like these bavarian style helles should do. Also very hoppy and floral on the nose. I smell Biscuits/Cookie dough, too. lets give it a taste. . Mhhhh very crisp and soft. Sweet and malty but a nice hoppy bitterness at the end..The aftertaste is so smooth. Well balanced and again so mellow. The hops are doing so good in the finish. Good spice like wild growing herbs near the forest. Wrap up: Its a real refresher. Anyone can easily drink 2 or 3 Halbe of this beer...I am looking forward to taste a Zwickel /kellerbier of this brewery!
