The beer is not a dunkel Weizen. .. It is some Kind of dunkel Lager. Bottom fermentation. Looks hazelnut Brown in the glass. Nice head that disapears quick. Smells of roasted malts. Tastes like a good dunkel Lager (roasted malts, cocoa etc)but has some sour Note in there too.

Brewed by Bruckmuller brewery, bears the name of the Hans Falk brewery, which closed down in Amberg in 1976.
One bottle purchased in Rewe Supermarket
.5L bottle served in glass mug

A- Deep Brown. Huge head, had to pour into the glass in 3 steps.

S-caramelized malts, notes of hops

T- Slightly sweet touch of chocolate. Has a strong bitter/sour aftertaste that doesn’t agree with me.

M-Medium bodied, light carbonation

D-Not the best regional Dunkles beer, and certainly better available.
