Served on tap at the brewpub in a pint glass.
Appearance: Clear, light amber color topped by a thick, slightly offwhite head. Head eventually recedes to a thin layer of foam and leaves little globules of lace.
Smell: Mild aroma, mostly of floral scents and light pale malts.
Taste: Very grassy, herby, and medicinal tastes balance by a nice tart sweetness. Coriander, pepper, apple, and orange notes. Faint presence of some natural wintergreen flavor.
Mouthfeel: Very light in body, crisp and refreshing. Quite bubbly.
Drinkability: Quite drinkable. A great interp of the style. Too bad it's a limited edition (to my knowledge).
