A: Pale amber with orange highlights. Slight cloudiness, but the beer maintained a good deal of transparency. No head worth mentioning.
S: Little to no smell. If it weren't for the slight spice, it could have been a domestic lager.
T: Begins with a bit of sour, develops into a sweeter malt taste with fruit underpinnings midway, and finishes with apricot and spice. No hop characteristics worth mentioning. Overall, it was too understated for my tastes.
M: Very light on the palate with slightly more than average carbonation.
D: Since this beer has a rediculously light flavor, I found it easy to down two in a quick happy hour. Has a potential as a session beer. However, towards the end of the second pint I found the sweetness was masked, leaving only the sour and spice.

Nice, somewhat muddy amber to orange color. High carbonation level. Nice aroma-mainly malt but has a nice hint of spices. Good sized malt flavor. Spicey and sweet bite to it. Definate Belgian yeast flavor going. The malt upfront finishes rather sweet. Good body. A very drinkable beer. The complete package is quite nice and well rounded. Isnt a knock your socks off sort of thing but much better then Cap City's usual offerings. Would be nice to see it as a regular offering.
