This was the last beer brewed by the former head brewer at Capitol City, hence the swan song name.
It's served in a pint glass, and is a beautifully hazy light straw color. It's almost milky looking, there's so much haze. It has a small white head that fades, and great lacing. The Nose is bananas, yeast, and slight clove. The taste is huge smash of yeast, sweet and wheatey, with a slight bit of black pepper spiciness and some sour grapefruit and hops on the end. Unique and nice. Mouthfeel is solid and foamy, and this is a very drinkable beer. Too bad this one might be dissapearing soon, as it's the best I've had at Capitol City.
