Drank this at Cap City by Union Station last night.
The pour is hazy yellow with a solid white head with good retention and lacing. On the nose , this is pretty much what I expect from a saison - yeasty, citrusy (orange and lemon), honey-like aromas and spices (white pepper). On the palate, these flavors are replicated with a dry, finish that's surprisingly bitter. I didn't care for the bitterness, but otherwise, this is one heck of a saison,one I'd definitely order again.
