22 ounce bottle into pint glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours slightly hazy deep orange/copper color with a small dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, light pine, honey, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/piney hops, berries, and bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, light pine, honey, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine/grassy bitterness and slight fruit tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, tangerine, lemon/orange peel, light pine, light caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/piney hops, berries, and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light carbonation and medium bodied; with a very smooth and lightly creamy/sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a nice fruited pale ale. All around good robustness, complexity, and balance of citrus/piney hops, berries, and bready malt flavors; and very smooth to drink for the ABV. Was expecting stronger berry flavors; but they still had good presence overall with well balanced hop flavors. A nicely enjoyable offering.
