On tap at MI Brewer's Guild. 7/23
A-Nice brown body with a little bit of white head.
S-Sweet maltiness that draws me in
T-Nice maltiness with a little but of caramel with a nice hop bite in the after finish that makes me want some more!
M-medium body and oh so smooth
O-This is prolly one of the best ESB I have ever had. If only the rest of the style was this way...

Reviewed on 6/27/2010. On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear deep brown-amber with a white head. Aroma of caramel malt, fruits, and jam. Flavor is more malty and sweet with some apple skins and light fruits. On the malty side of things for an ESB and pretty solid overall.

On-tap served in a pint glass.
A- It poured a nice, hazy, amber-red with 1 finger of off-white head that turned to a nice lace that left great sticky spots.
S- It's hard to pick up, but mostly sweet malt.
T- A malty, caramel backbone pairs nicely with a long, pine-like finish from the hops.
M- A thick feel coats the mouth, not bad.
D- It's very drinkable. I could have 2-3 in a sitting, but the slightly high ABV would keep me from having too many more.
