Covington Rock & Roll Summer Farmhouse Ale has a thick, off-white head, a hazy, golden appearance, some bubbles, and minimal lacing. This beer really clouds up, after the "swish & pour" and takes on an orange, apricot look. Aroma is of caramel, faint brettanomyces, and apricot juice. Taste is of honey-topped white bread, apricots or pears, caramel, a shade of horse blanket, and no noticeable bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium, and Rock & Roll Summer finishes on the dry side.

Pours a hazy, gold color. 3/2 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and good lacing. Smells of sweet malt, citrus, yeast, hint of honey, hops, slight wheat, and a hint of pine. Fits the style of a Saison / Farmhouse Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with a high carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, citrus, hops, hint of wheat, yeast, hint of floral, hint of earthiness, and a hint of caramel malt. Overall, good appearance, aroma, body, and blend, but the carbonation is too high.
