A: A hazy very light straw color. One finger of head. Moderate retention with great lacing.
S: A little bit of citrusy tropical hops. Sweet malt. Call me strange but i also get a touch of sourness as well.
T: Sweet malts backed by a firm bitterness. Slighty bread like. Throughout consumption the tropical hops began to make themselves more present. I didn't find them to be right in your face but they are there and add an interesting element to an otherwise somewhat mild malt body.
M: Very crisp. Carbonation is somewhat higher but very cleansing as well.
O: I would not call this a pale lager at all it much more than that. Good beer overall kudos for DDC for putting out yet another good offering.

On tap at the Zwanze Day/DDC 15th Anniversary Party at DDC. From rough notes.
A - Poured golden with a film of white head. Left spotty lace and no real retention. Clean bright golden colour.
S - Big sweet fruits, tropical fruits too. Some honey.
T - Sweet again. Tropical fruit, mango, syrupy fruits. Big hop blast.
M - Good carbonation, lightish medium body with a mildly dry finish.
O/D - I enjoyed this one. A nice change of pace from the big beers of the day. Reminds you of the skill it takes to make more delicate styles. This one was a winner.
