This beer was created on September 28th, 2005. It is composed of five varieties of cereals including a portion of oat, a variety of hop and cinnamon sticks. It is a little less effervescent in order to maximize its syrupy side. A good autumn beer.

Translated as "the pie", it's advertised as a ale flavored with apples, oatmeal and cinnamon.
Appearance: A cidery, golden amber tinge that was perfectly translucent and clashed remarkably well with the pearly white head bobbing overhead.
Smell: A very interesting spicy aroma that was more herbal than sweet, cinnamon was there but the yeast was getting it on big time with almost funky saison attributes. Very cool, considering I had relatively low expectations!
Taste: Ouf...Cinnamon really takes control of this one, and drives it straight off a cliff. The oatmeal does provide some smoothness and the apple a crisp, lightly acidic finish, but the cinnamon was just way over the top for me. The Beer in itself didn't really have any outstanding faults, I just didn't like it and couldn't eve finish my half pint. But if you love those fish-shaped hot cinnamon candies, or those little hart candies they put out at valentine's day, you should like it. I'll pass!
