Poured a nice head that dissipated after a minute. Slightly opaque, with a nice golden color. The aroma is overpowering citrus, unexpected but inviting. It reminds me more of lemon zest than chestnuts.

Taste is also strong with citrus, presumably the chestnuts. Very sweet, with no perceivable hop bitterness. The beer is quite flat, which does not combine well with its fruitiness for me.

I checked the brewery's website, which suggests that the bottle I have was capped in the past few weeks (18 months before consume by date). Since it is naturally carbonated, this might have been much better after a few months.
