Usually offered on-tap around X-mas, they bottled a few remnants for our drinking enjoyment during the cold winter months...
Appearance: Copper/orange with a billion microbubbles coming together to form a thick, chunky clump of white head. Can't go wrong with that!
Smell: Visions of sugarplums danced in my nose, maybe a little cinnamon along with the yeasty characteristic "saison" aroma.
Taste: Decent bitterness at first, the caramel sweetness came on stronger towards the end, however a solid balance of malt and a yeasty finish keeps this Beer festive enough for me to enjoy it the whole way through.
