It is a traditional, medium body and color saison. However, the smell is quite sour. Not sure if I got a bad pour (draft) but it was quite off. Taste masked the sourness to a decent extent, but was still present. These off tastes plus the LOW alcohol you would not expect from a "farmhouse table beer" means I would not order again. A clear miss from the usually consistent Goose Island.
