Happy New Year!!! 1/1/17 (Goose Island Brewpub, Chicago). $8 5 oz pour into snifter glass. Pitch black pour, dark tan thin lacing. Strong bourbon aroma, smelled like Woodford Reserve, and coffee. Very strong whiskey taste, with hints of cocoa and syrup. Thick texture, heavy kick due to alcohol content (ABV 11.5%), very smooth going down. Overall excellent offering, hope they have it at the new Brewpub!
