Draught @ BTAH.
Pours light yellow with a bit of a white head.
Nose is funky barnyard, horseblanket, very earthy.
Flavor is big barnyard funk over a light wheat body - horseblanket, musty, faint horse urine. The funkiness isn't massive, but it is prominent, and this one really succeeds as a session beer. My favorite of the three variants was the lacto, but this one is a great effort, and my favoritism is based solely on taste, not quality.
Softly carbonated, light body.

Pours a fogged yellow gold. Minimal white head. Nose is a good bit of citrus (mostly lemon.) Fair amount of spices. Perfume is there and some dough. Flavor is great. Real nice citrus with a slight earthyness. Lactic edge is present, but not brashly so. Feel is smooth on liquid. Milder carbonation. Damn fine saison.
