Draught @ BTAH.
Pours hazy light amber, no head.
Nose is grassy, herbal hops, and some sweet, raw malt.
Flavor is richly sweet, caramel sweetness from the raw malt with a grainy, cereal edge. On top of that sits a big, grassy, herbal hop note from beginning to end. Bit of spicy yeast in there also, as an undercurrent. The rawness of the barley makes a huge difference in the flavor - the fresh cereal flavors come out much more clearly.
Light in body, with a light, crisp carbonation.
