For BCS Barrel Select, our Barrel Master hand selected 3 casks to age for 2.5 years. They were a 12 year Elijah Craig bourbon barrel, Heaven Hill Rye Barrel, and 4-5 year heaven hill bourbon barrel. The blend came across as very Fruity and berry forward with notes of chocolate, leather, bourbon, and oak. Enjoy at the tap room only.

Tan head that fades. Black color.
Fudge and cake batter dipped in bourbon. Lots of vanilla. Dark cherries and dark dried fruits, molasses, caramel, and wet oak. Huge, complex bourbon profile. Brings me back to the 12oz bottle days. Full bodied, warming, well done.
