Pours an unfiltered golden color with a sudsy white head that dissipates quickly.

The nose is estery and has the requisite funk aroma for the style that is accompanied by a tart aroma. The taste mirrors these notes, with the estery flavor most satisfying.

The mouthfeel is a smidge spritzy, again on par for the style. I had two glasses of this and would try it again.

Nice golden color, poured with a finger of head. Slight citrus aroma , smooth, medium body, mild bitterness and nice carbonation. Overall a very good beer.

Better than rated. Funky, tart, slightly boozy. Clear golden color, mild head and lacing. Easy sipper.

Had a glass at Cooper Hawk's Winery and Restaurant in Virginia Beach. Served in a large wine glass, this beer was way too cold to fully review it. Hardly any head or lacing and a nice gold color. Aroma and taste included flavoring from the wine barrel, a little citrus and yeastiness and not much of the barnyard/horseblanket/earthiness that are featured in most good Saisons. Mouthfeel was tart and rich enough. Not particularly complex, but went well with food.
