On tap at Goose Island Clybourn in Chicago, IL.
This one pours a slightly hazy, mostly clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like stone fruit, white wine, grassy hops, fruity tea, and lime zest.
This is a nice lightly hop-accented pale lager here – the Wai-iti hops give it some lime and white wine type flavors, with some dried peach and grassy spice on the back end.
This is light bodied, clean, and super crisp, with a very nice drinkability.
I feel like you don’t see IPLs – if that’s what this is even considered – as often anymore. I definitely enjoyed revisiting the concept.
