A: hazy gold, small amount of lacing, minimal head retention
S: huge sour and oak notes up front, lots of vinegar and some cherry in there as well , this is all present with an underlying funky quality
T: starts off with huge enamel dissolving acidity along with vinegar, oak, and fruit
Mf: medium body with high, spritzy carbonation
O: This is better than all of the 3 Sisters IMO... Bottles please!!

Had this a couple of times, notes from FoBAB.
A - Golden amber colored beer with a decent sized head that left behind a ton of stick on the sides.
S - A lot of brett on the nose and a decent amount of hay and citrus. Lactic sourness, little bit of white grapes, and some light oak that compliments rather than distracts.
T - The taste is really great. A lot of acetic tartness and some brett funk, citrus zest, tart sweetness, light fruit, and some wood on the end. Fantastic balance with the right flavors falling complementary and letting the tartness shine through.
M - Medium bodied with some moderate carbonation.
O - Really great beer, this is something that would be nice to drink again. One of the better wilds that Goose Island has done.
