Farmer's Market Series - Midway IPA brewed with paw paws.
A - Hazy golden orange with solid eggshell colored head with good retention. Spotty lacing.
S - Just a blast of fruit continually streaming from the glass. Tons of papaya, mango and peach. After a while, some lemon and tea started to come out.
T - Super fruity with sweet honey. A bit like peach tea. Perfectly balanced with the hops, which were accentuated by the fruit. As it warms, more citrus and tea. Hops provide great flavor and just enough bitterness for balance.
M - Light carbonation works perfectly. Very smooth and drinkable with a slight butter taste.
O - one of the best non-sour fruit beers I've had. Midway is solid, but the paw paws took this beer over the top. So much flavor, yet perfectly sweet and bitter at the same time.
