God help you if you capitalize that B! Anyway, this stuff pours a clear ruby-amber topped by a finger of cream foam. The nose comprises grass, light honey, sweet biscuit, and celery. The taste brings in more of the same, along with some bitter greens and a bit of wheat. The body is a light medium, with a light carbonation and a smooth, creamy feel. Overall, a pretty nice ESB, one that may not inspire much excitement, but one that consistently entertains nonetheless.
