On tap at Clybourn.
A-A filtered clear brew with that orangish IPA glow. Some white filmy haze with a bit of stickiness.
S-Very fruity Sweet tropical fruits and candied orange come to mind as I smell this one.
T-Upfront it has that sweet candied orange that I got out of the aroma with back end flavors of pine that gives off some bitterness.
M-Fairly light bodied for a 8%+ brew. Long finish and warming. I guess that's the hint that it's close to 10% abv.
O-Gets more assertive and boozy as it warms. Nice IPA like the tropical and citrus fruits present here and it's not too damn bitter.

Thin head with excellent lacing though on a clear amber body. Aroma of tropical fruit, burnt caramel, malts, dark breads and hint of pine. Flavors include tart citrus, very malty base, caramel, turpentine and pine resin, candied citrus and rye. Medium body and light to moderate carbonation. More on the malty side but still nicely hopped. Hops come across as unidimensional but still memorable.
