Appearance- Half finger head with a straw slash lihgt amber hue to add a bit more depth to the color. They put a cherry in the beer which added a constant stream of brussel's lace throughout my drinking experience.
Smell- Cherries and seltzer water.
Taste- Not as over whelming as the butterscotch ale but still predominantly cherries mixed wuth seltzer water. A very watery hops caracter was noted as well.
Mouthfeel- Due to the light palte with the unmistakeable cherry flavor. But hardly any tarness compared to a kriek lambic or a flanders red ale.
Drinkability- Very good due to the seltzery carboantion of the beer. This would be a great beer to try and prove a non-beer drinking phillistine to drink beer.
