Thanks to my Uncle for getting the head brewer at Harrison's to hand bottle some of this for my birthday, then shipping it to me. I haven't had this in ages. :)
Poured from a 22 oz. handbottle into my Hill Farmstead nonic pint glass. Pours a pale straw color with just the slightest tinge of orange to it. This wasn't heavily carbed, but still managed a half-fingers worth of head that quickly dissipated. The nose highlights the apricots, but it's a bit faint. Much better fresh from the tap, as I recall. Otherwise the nose is pretty muted. The taste showcases the apricot even more. It's sweet, smooth, and has some other accompanying citrus along with it. The mouthfeel is way smooth. No bitterness, and a light, lovely, lingering apricot aftertaste. Overall, this is a solid beer that I really enjoy.
