Has the appearance of hazed amber with a thin head. Smell is light sweet malt, citrus and hop. Taste has a malty sweetness with that touch of hop bite giving it the bitterness. Mouthfeel I would consider light to medium. I like the sweetness in the malt, but not having the clean finish I like, leaving for a bitter aftertaste.

The only aroma I noted was dishwater detergent. And although the style doesn’t require much suds, this is one of the only Methow Valley beers I found producing a sustained film of head and a light curtain of lace. Color is chill-hazed bronze with fairly traditional flavor and bittering, though perhaps the more citric notes show an American flair. It may in fact be slightly over-bittered and the mouthfeel shows some stain for it. Still, very agreeable. They serve it too cold, so take it out on the patio and let it warm up a bit.
