Beer with smoked chestnut, and juniper.
Oranged color, full. Average white head. It is not really hazy, but it has a lot, but a lot, of floating corpuscles, and not so small, too.
At the smell: sharp smokiness, speck-like, something that can remember the german rauch. Then obviously chestnut, in good evidence The juniper is present, but somewhat covered by the rest. A very intense and strong smell.
At the taste the chestnuts are more evident, the smokiness less, and the juniper it is more present. And under that, a good maltiness. Dry, and slightly astringent. And maybe, the alcohol is too strong.
Overall: the smell is better than the taste.
Medium body, chestnut in the aftertaste, and something spiced. Astringent and dry.
