Look: Slightly hazy gold. Huge, two-finger minimum head of thick white foam that doesn’t really dissipate.
Smell: Peppery malt, straw, floral hops.
Taste: Mild bready malt, a noticeable bitter background from the hops. Somewhat soapy.
Mouthfeel: Thick and highly carbonated.
Overall: Despite the slight soapiness, an overall solid local brew.
