Look: A slightly hazy burnt orange. Even a careful pour creates a huge three-finger head with long retention.
Smell: The distinctive farmhouse sourness and barnyard, slightly earthy.
Taste: Band-Aid funk with a light toffee sweetness and very low medicinal bitterness. Virtually no sourness. Unusual.
Mouthfeel: Slightly thin and highly carbonated.
Overall: An unusual beer, and one that I'm still unsure about.
