Sour Wheat Ale Brewed with Coriander and Oysters. 100% Barrel Fermented.
Clear golden color with a small white head that disappeared rapidly. Cloudy oyster sediment in the bottom of the bottle
Smell is ocean air, slightly salty with a little bit of oyster.
Taste is different. mild wheat sour with a touch of salinity and yes, oyster, but the oyster actually works.
Medium mouthfeel with a slight coating of oyster.
Overall very unique and kind of odd but it worked for me. I added some tabasco sauce to the second half of the glass and it kicked it up a notch or two.
