clear deep red-brown with a small but rather durable head
Aroma: malty as in slightly rich red ale; hints of dark fruits.
Flavor: more complexity, more hops and more bitter than the aroma suggests.
Starts, and especially, finishs like a Scotch Ale, with a nice touch of smoke.
Not extreme or challenging yet distinctive.
